A 5,883-square-foot medical office building in Allen, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, has sold, according to a March 11 report from REBusiness Online.

Illinois-based AXSYS Capital has started a fund, the AXSYS Capital Fund I, that will specialize in acquiring Midwestern medical office buildings, according to a March 11 report from the Commercial Property Executive.

Dallas-based United Surgical Partners International, Tenet Healthcare's surgery center arm, is the ASC chain with the largest number of physicians.
