Here are seven ASC acquisitions and partnerships announced in April 2019:

Des Moines, Iowa-based Wolfe Eye Clinic acquired Children's Eye Clinic of West Des Moines to better serve children in central Iowa.

Stamford (Conn.) ASC is transferring ownership from its multiple physician-owners to Greenwich, Conn.-based Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists, according to documents filed by the Connecticut Office of Health Strategy.

EBM Design Group is developing a 66,000-square-foot medical office building with a surgery center in Visalia, Calif., The Sun-Gazette reports.

A 22,000-square-foot medical office and surgical center property in Bridgewater, N.J., was sold for $7 million, RISMedia reports.

Greenbrae, Calif.-based Marin Health Ventures leased 17,280 square feet in a medical office building to build an ASC, the North Bay Business Journal reports.
