Becker's has reported on four joint-venture ASC deals recently, including one partially owned by an independent orthopedic physician group.

Here are eight ASC and medical office building transactions totaling $109.7 million that Becker's has reported on in the last 17 days:

Columbia, S.C.-based Prisma Health acquired the Moore Orthopaedic Clinic Outpatient Surgery Center in Lexington, S.C., according to an email shared with Becker's May 18.

A medical office building in Clive, Iowa, was purchased for $1.6 million, Business Record reported May 18.

Global Medical REIT bought a Fairfax, Va., medical office building for $21 million, reported Commercial Observer. 

Nashville, Tenn.-based AmSurg is one of the largest ASC chains in the U.S. with more than 250 surgery centers and 2,000 physicians in 34 states. 

A medical office building in Pennsylvania's Allegheny County  has been sold for $14 million, its seller Colliers, an investment management company, said May 16. 

Durham, N.C.-based Private Diagnostic Clinic has voted to dissolve and join Duke Health, ending a legal dispute alleging Duke was trying to take over the practice, Triangle Business Journal reported May 13.
