Norwalk Hospital Breaks Ground on New Ambulatory Pavilion

Today, Norwalk (Conn.) Hospital will break ground on a new 95,000-square-foot ambulatory pavilion and 35,000-square-foot renovation project, according to a Norwalk Daily Voice report.

The renovation project will include a revamped ambulatory surgery facility. The new pavilion, named the Anne P. and Harold W. McGraw, Jr. Center, will house an expanded emergency department, a digestive disease center and a cancer center.

The project was funded in part by a donation of $10 million from The Harold W. McGraw, Jr. Family Foundation.
