The $330 million dollar construction boosts the hospital’s ability to see surgical outpatients by one-third, about 600,000 patients, according to the report. It also includes several floors of parking and will house dining options later this year and early next.
Hospital officials indicated the center will create approximately 900 new jobs by 2018 and will see 1 million patients annually within five years, according to the report.
