7 recent ASC acquisitions

Here are seven recent ambulatory surgery center and ASC real estate acquisitions that have recently been announced or closed.

Physicians Realty Trust has acquired:

·         Baylor Surgicare at Mansfield (Texas).

·         Eye Center of Southern Indiana in Bloomington

·         Two medical office buildings leased to El Paso (Texas) Orthopaedic Surgery Group.

·         Two medical office buildings occupied by Orthopedic ONE in Columbus and Westerville, Ohio.

Premier Health’s Middletown, Ohio-based Atrium Medical Center has acquired Southwest Ohio Surgery Center, also in Middletown.

Beaufort (S.C.) Memorial Hospital plans to borrow $21 million for its purchase of a pair of buildings and new equipment, including the purchase of the Surgery Center of Beaufort (S.C.).
