Northway Surgery and Pain Center property sold for $5.5M

Medical real estate investment firm Montecito Medical has acquired the Northway Surgery and Pain Center property in Halfmoon, N.Y., for $5.5 million, according to a June 13 report from the Albany Business Review.

This is Montecito’s second property acquisition in New York. It acquired the ASC of Western New York’s property in Buffalo in 2021. 

Montecito has properties in 35 states valued at more than $5.1 billion, according to the report. 

The 10,000-square-foot Northway Surgery building was constructed in 2014 for around $1 million. The practice is a joint venture between physicians at Albany & Saratoga Centers for Pain Management and New York Pain Management.
