Grand Forks, N.D.-based Valley Bone and Joint and North Dakota Eye Clinic are building a new surgery center in Grand Forks, the Grand Forks Herald reports.

1. The new center will be 16,000 square feet.

2. The surgery center will specialize in orthopedics and ophthalmology.

3. It’s expected the development will be completed next year.
