North Carolina MOB purchased for $17M

Private equity firm IRA Capital has purchased a medical office building in Wilmington, N.C., for $17 million, according to a Jan. 14 report from Wilmington Biz.

The 37,000-square-foot property houses an EmergeOrtho practice location, one of the largest orthopedic groups in the U.S.

IRA Capital acquired the building from Healthpeak Properties, a healthcare real estate firm, which purchased the property in 2017 for $15 million.
