Nobilis Health reported $69.2 million in second-quarter revenue, a 13.5 percent decrease from the same period last year. All their quarterly numbers can be found here.

Atlanta-based Eye Health America acquired Clinton, S.C.-based Montgomery & Riddle Eyecare and Clinton-based The Surgery & Laser Center at Professional Park.

Raleigh-based Compass Surgical Partners and Salem, N.C.-based Novant Health joint venture Holly Springs (N.C.) Surgery Center completed its first total outpatient knee surgery in June.

Albany ENT & Allergy Services, St. Peter’s Hospital and OrthoNY broke ground on a 54,000-square-foot medical office building and 22,000-square-foot multispecialty ASC in Colonie, N.Y. All three organizations are based in Albany, N.Y.

Grand Rapids (Mich.) Ophthalmology hired Zach Smith as the new vice president for its management company, Blue Sky Vision.

Great Neck, N.Y.-based Northwell Health and Melville, N.Y.-based North American Partners in Anesthesia signed a new five-year agreement to provide services at several Northwell facilities.
