Belmont County commissioners recently approved a $100,000 loan to Chiron Partners for the purpose of acquiring land for construction of the surgery center. An additional $100,000 has been pledged by the Ohio Mid-Eastern Government Association for the real estate acquisition.
The site has been cleared to prepare it for the surgical center’s construction.
