Kingman (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center is planning to develop a new outpatient surgery center in Kingman, according to a Daily Miner report.

The new surgery center would occupy some of the space in the closed Hualapai Mountain Medical Center, which Kingman Regional acquired from MedCath earlier this year.

Kingman Regional has received a business permit for the hospital building, but must still acquire a new medical license to reopen the facility.
