Montecito Medical Real Estate acquires endoscopy ASC: 5 quick facts

Nashville, Tenn.-based Montecito Medical Real Estate bought a 100 percent stake in a medical office building in Sun City, Ariz.

Here are five quick facts:

1. Through the deal, Montecito will own an endoscopy-driven ASC.

2. The ASC is 22 percent of the building’s space.

3. Phoenix-based Arizona Digestive Health’s 27 practices use the ASC for its endoscopy procedures.

4. In addition to the ASC, the building has offices for neurology, urology, dermatology, ophthalmology, internal medicine and digestive health.

5. The medical office building is 35,420 square feet.
