Montecito Medical acquires NeuroSpine building with surgery center: 4 points

Montecito Medical Real Estate acquired Flowood, Miss.-based NewSouth NeuroSpine Building, which includes a surgery center.

1. The building is 56,665 square feet.

2. The building’s surgery cetner includes pain management services for neurosurgery and orthopedic spine surgery.

3. The center is 6,000 square feet.

4. NewSouth NeuroSpine Building also includes a pain management clinic, 30 exam rooms and a physical therapy center.

“We worked closely with this seller for three years to get this transaction done, and it was well worth it, because it complements our investment strategy perfectly,” said Montecito CEO Chip Conk. “We are particularly excited about NewSouth NeuroSpine because it is Mississippi’s leading spine surgery center, providing high quality healthcare for the entire state – we are proud to be affiliated with such a strong practice.”
