Montecito Medical Real Estate acquired the medical office building of Chardon (Ohio) Surgery Center.

Here are the key details to know:

1. The 24,000-square foot multispecialty facility, built in 1998, has three operating rooms, imaging capabilities, an MRI center and a laser surgery center.

2. The center is jointly owned by Chardon, Ohio-based Precision Orthopaedic Specialties and Chardon, Ohio-based Kellis Eye Center.

3. The center offers orthopedic surgery, joint replacement, hand surgery, pain management and sports medicine services.
