Mississippi property housing ASC acquired

Real estate firm Highgate Partners acquired the Gulf Coast Professional Center, a building housing a large ASC in Biloxi, Miss.

The multitenant, 63,671-square-foot building is also occupied by Memorial Hospital of Gulfport, Jordan Schrenk, Highgate’s vice president of acquisitions, said Jan. 27. 

The acquisition was completed Dec. 28.
