Mississippi’s Pioneer Community Hospital to Open Surgery Center

Pioneer Community Hospital in Aberdeen, Miss., will open a new surgery center as part of a renovation and expansion of the hospital, according to a WTVA report.

The hospital’s CEO, Sean Johnson, confirmed Pioneer Community is opening the surgery center in comments to WTVA, although no other details on the addition were provided.

 

The hospital has also added two new rooms and plans to bring on a new specialist as part of expansion efforts.
