2. Memorial acquired the ASC in October.
3. Surgery Center at Cedar Lake was formed in 1977. It is now Memorial’s third outpatient surgery center.
4. Surgery Center at Cedar Lake surgeons specialize in general surgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT and gastroenterology.
