Minnesota medical office building acquired for $9.8M

A 32,711-square-foot medical office building in Woodbury, Minn., has been acquired for $9.8 million, according to an Oct. 25 report from Commercial Property Executive.

The building is leased to Minnesota Women’s Care and was sold to Montecito Medical by Obgyn Consultants. 

The building is located near other medical providers, including Woodbury Medical Plaza, Medifast, HealthMax Progressive Medicine and Woodbury Medical. 

Montecito Medical has acquired medical office buildings in 35 states, totaling more than $5.1 billion in value.
