1. Through the partnership Centa will gain access to Mednax’s national network.
2. Centa Medical Director James Kosko, MD, said Mednax’s support will allow the practice to focus more on patients, while Mednax handles the administrative functions.
3. Centa’s four physicians, three audiologists and three nurse practitioniers serve patients at their three offices and surgery center. They’re also affiliated with two area hospitals.
4. Mednax made the acquisition to add to its Florida network.
