Medical property with ASC sells for nearly $6.3M

A medical plaza housing a rare off-campus ASC in Surprise, Ariz., was sold for nearly $6.3 million, according to Mindy Korth, executive vice president of investment properties at Colliers International.

The sale of Desert Mirage Medical Plaza was negotiated by Colliers International. The 37,424-square-foot medical plaza is 33 percent leased. Built in 2006, it includes a freestanding ASC with three Class C operating rooms and one Class B OR. The other two buildings in the medical plaza are designed for clinics.
