Medical Facilities Corp. declared a new monthly dividend last week.
Here are four things to know:
1. Shareholders will be paid $0.0938 per share Jan. 15, 2018, representing a $1.13 dividend on an annualized basis.
2. The annual dividend yield is 8 percent.
3. MFC owns interest in six entities, including four specialty surgical hospitals and an ASC.
4. The company offers support in staffing, materials and supply management for surgical procedures and other support for pain management and diagnostic imaging.
