Here are four notes:
1. Medical Consultants will continue offering multi-specialty care and procedures at its outpatient surgery center.
2. Patients will be able to see their same physicians at the same locations under the partnership.
3. Medical Consultants offers services in numerous Indiana locations, including Muncie, New Castle, Anderson, Portland, Winchester, Upland and Marion.
4. The agreement is effective Oct. 1.
