McGuire Development Purchases Collier Health Park, Including ASC Building

McGuire Development has purchased Collier Health Park in Naples, Fla., for $12 million, according to a Buffalo Business First report.

The 10-acre health park includes a surgical center, medical plaza and multitenant physician office building.

McGuire Development is based in Buffalo, N.Y.
