Here are eight recent ambulatory surgery center acquisitions and partnership agreements.

Cascade Valley Hospital and Clinics in Arlington, Wash., and PeaceHealth have signed a letter of intent for an affiliation. Cascade Valley Hospital includes an ambulatory surgery center, two primary care clinics and three specialty clinics.

Edwards Hospital & Health Services has acquired majority stakes in Salt Creek Surgery Center in Westmont, Ill., and Midwest Endoscopy Center in Naperville, Ill.

Northstar Healthcare has announced a bid for two ambulatory surgery centers going through bankruptcy proceedings, one in Dallas and one in Phoenix.

NVISION Laser Eye Centers has acquired Capital Eye Medical Group in Carmichael, Calif. This acquisition is the third NVISION acquisition in Northern California this year.

Physicians' Eye Surgery Center of Charleston (S.C.) has joined AmSurg. Ten physicians perform procedures at the center.

Physicians Realty Trust has acquired a Columbus, Ohio, medical office building owned by Central Ohio Neurosurgical Surgeons for $10.5 million. The building houses an 11,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center. Physicians Realty Trust will lease back the medical office building to its current tenants.
