“At a time of uncertainty over the impact of healthcare reform, and a rising number of patients not covered by private insurance, it’s important that our community’s healthcare resources are aligned as closely as possible,” said Theodore A. Calianos, MD, a plastic and reconstructive surgeon one of the Bayside Principals, in a news release from Cape Cod Healthcare. “This agreement will help the physicians and the hospitals collaborate more closely on quality measures, safety initiatives and other patient care issues. It is hoped that the operational efficiency and extremely high levels of patient satisfaction that we experienced will continue to be realized in our ongoing relationship with CCHC.”
