Massachusetts development firm building ASC

Development firm FoxRock Properties is working with the city of Quincy, Mass., to build a 200,000-square-foot medical office building with an ASC in Quincy, The Patriot Ledger reports.

FoxRock is developing several projects in the city. The company has spent $35 million buying properties in Quincy over the last five years. The company reached a deal with Quincy government officials to build the ASC in June.
