Kaiser Breaks Ground on New California Surgery Center in San Marcos

Kaiser Permanente San Diego has broken ground on a new ambulatory surgery center in San Marcos, Calif., according to a report from The San Diego Union-Tribune.

The ASC is included in a new $60 million medical office building that will also house specialty care providers, nuclear medicine and a GI procedure suite, according to the report.

 

Earlier reports indicated the ASC would include four operating rooms, with the project targeting a 2012 completion.
