The 11,000-square-foot center, previously named the Bartlesville Surgery Center, was acquired by JPMC in December.
A group of local physicians have owned the center since 2002. Physicians from the same group will continue to own the land and building, while JPMC will employ the staff, own the equipment and manage operations.
