Investment Trust Acquires St. Louis Surgical Center in MO for $8.5M

St. Louis Surgical Center in Creve Coeur, Mo., has been acquired by investment trust Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT for $8.47 million, according to a St. Louis Business Journal report (subscription required for full access).

The St. Louis Surgical Center, an affiliate of United Surgical Partners International, features seven operating rooms and offers specialties including general surgery, GI, ophthalmology, orthopedics, ENT and urology, according to the ambulatory surgery center’s website.

 

The ASC’s administrator is Angela Mitchell and its medical director is Chris Felling, MD.

 

The sale is scheduled to close in February.
