ASGE Recognizes Eight Endoscopy Units for Quality

The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy has recognized eight endoscopy units as part of its program dedicated to promoting endoscopy quality in healthcare settings, according to a Sacramento Bee report.

ASGE also renewed the recognition for 41 units previously honored. The ASGE Endoscopy Unit Recognition Program honors endoscopy units that have demonstrate da commitment to patient safety and quality in endoscopy, as evidenced by meeting the program’s rigorous criteria.
