Hendrick Medical Center, physicians to construct new joint venture ASC in Texas: 4 key points

Abilene, Texas-based Hendrick Medical Center and Abilene and Brownwood (Texas) physicians are creating a joint venture outpatient surgery center in Brownwood, according to Fox News First.

Here are four key points:

1. The new ASC will be called Hendrick Surgery Center.

2. Physicians will provide otolaryngology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, podiatry, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, pain management and plastic surgery services.

3. Equipped with three operating rooms and 13 pre-op and post-op rooms, the ASC will be 13,400 square feet.

4. The organizations expect a spring 2017 completion.
