HCA Completes Acquisition of Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital From Cirrus Health

HCA Holdings recently finished its acquisition of the Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital near Los Angeles, according to a Nashville Post report.

The surgical hospital was previously owned by a group of physicians and Texas-based Cirrus Health. The company’s Los Robles Regional Medical Center has brought the seven-year-old specialty hospital’s operations under its umbrella.

The 344-bed Los Robles hospital is one of HCA’s half-dozen California facilities.
