HCA Acquires St. Mary Medical Center, 7 Surgery Centers

Carondelet Health has sold St. Mary Medical Center in Blue Springs, Mo., to HCA Midwest Health System, according to an Examiner report.

As a part of the sale, HCA will also acquire seven surgery centers.
