Florida building with ASC sells for $7.2M: 5 takeaways

A real estate investment trust company purchased a medical office building in Riverview, Fla., for $7.2 million, according to Commercial Property Executive.

Here are five takeaways:

1. Bay Area Physicians Surgery Center resides in the building.

2. The 18,708-square-foot ASC has three Class C operating rooms, three Class B operating rooms and seven recovery beds.

3. Bay Area Physicians Surgery Center also has six operating theaters.

4. The building also houses Florida Urology Partners, with the group operating 15 facilities in the Tampa region.

5. Marcus & Millichap arranged the medical building’s sale.
