A medical office building for sale in Tampa, Fla., could be redeveloped to accommodate a surgery center, according to LoopNet.

2. The site is located in an affluent area near Tampa-based AdventHealth Carrollwood, AdventHealth Tampa and St. Joseph’s Hospital-North in Lutz, Fla.
