Firm acquires Heart & Vascular surgery center property for $4.6M — 5 details

PrimeMed Realty acquired a medical office housing Davenport-based Heart and Vascular Institute of Florida for $4.6 million, according to Ofer Stark, a partner of the healthcare real estate firm.

Five details:

1. The 9,500-square-foot surgery center is fully occupied and operated by Comprehensive Cardiovascular Specialists.

2. It neighbors the 193-bed Heart of Florida Regional Hospital, which was recently acquired by Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth.

3. Also called PrimeMed Davenport, the facility has the capacity for a 4,000-square-foot expansion.

4. It is the fifth property in PrimeMed Realty’s Florida portfolio. The firm plans to expand into the Georgia market.

5. Several other cardiovascular properties and practices have been acquired in 2019, including the building housing Clarian Cardiovascular Center in Indianapolis.
