Here are four quick facts:

1. Eight of the 10 properties in the Rendina National Medical Office portfolio are aligned with health systems.

2. Distributed throughout the U.S., the properties are a mix of on-campus and community-based health centers featuring ASCs, cancer centers and imaging.

3. Upon closing, the portfolio was about 83 percent leased with 38 percent direct tenancy from market-leading healthcare systems. The rest was occupied by physician groups.

4. The portfolio contains 489,301 square feet.
