Essentia Health picks construction manager for $800M hospital, outpatient surgery center project — 3 insights

Work is progressing on Duluth, Minn.-based Essentia Health’s $800 million “transformative” Vision Northland project, BusinessNorth reports.

1. Essentia Health selected McGough Construction to oversee the project’s construction.

2. Essentia will build 815,000 square feet of new facilities and renovate 115,000 square feet of existing space.

3. Construction is expected to finish in spring 2022.
