Epiphany Dermatology acquires Frisco Dermatology Laser & Surgery Center

Austin, Texas-based Epiphany Dermatology acquired Frisco (Texas) Dermatology Laser & Surgery Center to expand its presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Here’s what you should know:

1. Frisco Dermatology was founded in 2006 by Lucy Fi, MD.

2. The practice has two board-certified dermatologists and two physician assistants that see patients at four clinics.

3. The physicians and PAs will join Epiphany and continue to see patients at their clinical locations.

4. Dr. Li said, “My staff and I are excited to form this partnership with Epiphany, which has proven itself to be a high-quality company comprised of caring dermatologists. Epiphany shares the values and goals that my staff and I believe in — providing excellent care across the entire spectrum of medical and cosmetic dermatologic needs.”

She added that the Epiphany partnership will provide the infrastructure needed to manage the regulatory portion of the business.
