The ambulatory surgery center would occupy one-quarter of a new seven-story, 350,000-square-foot medical building.

The MOB is viewed as the eventual relocation destination for the Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, a Kaleida Health facility, according to the report. Developers also envision a diagnostic imaging center for the building.
