1. Sheridan Capital Partners’ Jonathan Lewis, Sean Dempsey, Tim Wheeler and Beau Brace and Dermatologists of Central States’ CEO John Macke, Michael Conroy, MD, and Steve Murdock led the transaction.

2. Twin Brook Capital Partners was the administrative agent, while McGuireWoods advised Sheridan Capital Partners.

3. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

4. Co-Founder of DSSC said in a release, “Esther and I are thrilled to join the DOCS team, and we look forward to joining Dr. Michael Conroy and CEO John Macke as we serve patients and communities throughout Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.”
