Dayton Children’s is opening a new specialty care center that includes an outpatient surgery center in Miamisburg, Ohio, according to My Dayton Daily News.

1. The specialty care center will also house a pediatric emergency room.

2. The facility is 71,650 square feet.

3. Dayton Children’s project is estimated to cost neatly $47.5 million.

4. The surgery center is slated to open in August 2017.

5. Dayton Children’s surgery center will house four operating rooms.
