Arkansas Urology is going to begin work on a new outpatient surgery center in Little Rock, Ark., Arkansas Matters reports.

1. The center will offer all outpatient procedures Arkansas Urology currently performs, and it will add several new procedures to treat Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, overactive bladder and prostate cancer.

2. The center is being designed with two operating rooms and four procedure rooms.

3. Arkansas Urology is going to pursue accreditation for its new center.

4. The center is being built for the possibility of future expansion.
