Crozer-Keystone Health System Acquires Surgery Center of Pennsylvania

Crozer-Keystone Health System, based in Springfield, Pa., has acquired the Surgery Center of Pennsylvania and renamed the facility Crozer-Keystone Surgery Center at Haverford, according to a Philadelphia Business Journal report.

The surgery center offers ENT, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, oral, orthopedic, podiatry, cosmetic surgery and general surgery services.
