Covenant Health’s $90M Expansion Leased to Outpatient Surgery Center, Physician Offices

Covenant Health completed a $90 million expansion on Fort Sanders Regional last year, which has since been partially leased out to six physician practices and an outpatient surgery center, according to a Knoxville News Sentinel report.

The hospital is also in the process of adding a digestive disorder center. Currently, only the first two floors of the addition have been leased out. Planning is underway to begin populating the third floor, which will house the hospital’s neurovascular research institute, related physician offices and clinics and possibly some imaging equipment.
