The Washington State Department of Health granted Vancouver Clinic permission to build a new ASC in the state. CEO Mark Mantei said work on the ASC and another potential project in Salmon Creek, Wash., could move forward by the end of the year. Vancouver Clinic currently operates six clinical locations.
