4. Minneapolis: $38.40 billion
5. Atlanta: $4.17 billion
6. San Diego: $19.20 billion
7. Los Angeles: $18.12 billion
8. Nashville, Tenn.: $30.06 billion
9. Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas: $6.50 billion
10. Miami: $2.81 billion
