Center for Spine & Pain Medicine Files CON for Surgery Center in Chattanooga

The Center for Spine & Pain Medicine, an established medical practice, has filed a certificate of need for a $514,557 ambulatory surgical treatment center in Chattanooga, Tenn., according to a mondaq report.
