CBRE Sells Texas Willow Creek Surgery Center

The U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets Group of CBRE, representing The Cirrus Group, has announced the sale of Willow Creek Medical Center, which includes Willow Creek Surgery Center, in Palestine, Texas, according to an Alamo City Beat report.

The 27,993-square-foot facility, including the Willow Creek ambulatory surgery center, first entered the market in 2010. The buyer and purchasing price has not been announced.
